Harassment of paying client

Previously I had to complain about RCS and there legal representatives, Now it is going from bad to worse. I would not know that I owe them because I never get a statement from there legal representatives.

I do how ever get phones mail and sms telling me that my account has not been paid and that I should arrange a debit order with them.

I pay my account via eft every month. Then I have to fax the prove of payment to 3 or 4 different numbers to confirm that some one might do there work and confirm that they did recieve the fax. Then I have to phone 4 to 5 times to conform that they did recieve my fax or payment.

This has been carrying on for last 6 months. I recieved a lawyers letter in the post last week to tell me that I did not keep to my agreement. My wife opened the letter and I had to explain why I do not pay my accounts, WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING. There excuse is that it gets sent out on a automatic system. Please inform me how a lawyers letter gets sent out on a automatic system.
