Above claim was submitted on 29 Aug 13. Following numerous calls and complaints to that department eg authentacy of quote and referral to a controller person and calling me back etc, I was eventually told to sign clearance certificates which were submitted on 11 10 13. I had no response as yet. I am a retired person of 73 years and a Standard Bank client since 1970. I regard this as bad service and request immedeate attention.
