Issues NOT Resolved!

Referring back to the conversations with various consultants and last conversation with Thabo Gololo in June 2013. I raised the issues of door clips not replaced at Top Star Autobody as well as the panelbeating job not up to standard. I also explained to Thabo what attitude I got from the repairer that stated he is doing me a favour to replace the door clips as this was not on the job card. I argued because it was on the assessors report and not a "favour" as referred to. I was fuming and told Thabo I will not take this car back to Top Star and he must arrange for an assessor to come out and look at my vehicle. My working conditions does not make time for me to leave the office between 07h30 to 17h00, weekdays. The paint finishes, the alignment of the petrol cap which is a battle to open, since Monday cannot open and not even to mention how dull the paint has become so I now decided this is bull. What type of service providers does Iwyze use? The window mechanism has completely snapped because this clips was not done at the time of repairs and now is for my own cost. Maybe Iwyze must come to the party and pay back excess etc. so I can have this repairs done.
