What a great innitiative gone wrong, My wife took this benefit and ever since has been having issues, yes it is alsmost resolved, but still want to share this, Firstly it took 3 months for her to get a card, then she had to keep reciepts of all her petrol purchase as you guys could not keep record of it, Lastly she was told it was not all Catex garages that were part of the promotion, Sad to see such a good benefit gone wrong,
I am with FNB e-bucks and was seriously considering moving to standard bank, if for nothing else, it would be just for the petrol benefit, but I will not keep record of my transaction for you, and then to see that it will change to 20c in January, it is not worth it,
however, if you keep the petrol payback to R1, get ur admin in order and all Caltex takes part, this could be the best rewards programme to ever exist,
well the ball is in ur court, to beat e-bucks or not, I assure you, it is possible with a little more work, a lot of people have been talking about changing, just for the fuel benefit
