I have requested a decrease in my installment April 2013; my installment was decreased from R3421 to R1700.00, for which I really appreciated. But my personal problems were far from over. I emailed Capitec (Cindy Sasman Client Care Admin) in August, September and October 2013 to advise them that my situation has not changed and that my personal problems are affecting me financially. I am also 2 months in arrears with my account which is stressing me out further,
The NCR advises that we need to contact the credit provider to make suitable payment arrange if you are having financial problems. I did so with all of my creditors but Capitec can't seem to help.
I will advise Capitec once I have sorted out my predicament.
I truly hope that Capitec can assist me
