Cancel policy but failed to do so after 11 months

In late November last year 2012, i canceled my miway policy due to going to another insurance provider but they still kept billing my account up to now after i phoned to stop it over a couple of months. they promised to repay me which never happened and still debited my account up to today. Horrible service and not helpful in asking money back...
