Refusal to remove prescribed debt from my profile

I submitted a complaint to the Credit Ombudsman with regards to two old Bayport loan accounts on 14th of June 2013. Bayport was contacted by the Ombud office on 19 July 2013. I received feedback on 22 July 2013 from the Ombud office advising that Bayport have reverted advising that they have written off the debt. I then checked my profile, the accounts were and are still on my profile. Their collection agency (MBDS) are sending me threatening SMSs about debt that they have confirmed to the Ombuds Office has been written off. They need to truly write the debt off and send confirmation in writing that this has been done.
