Just received an un announced visitor (Neville) from DMC demanding payment to outstanding debt which according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section 10 (1) as been prescribed. Received paperwork demanding the outstanding money within 20 day or they will take legal action. I have also made contact (to DMC) via email regarding the illegal notice on my credit report on 2 September 2013 and still waiting a response. I know you guys buy these old outstanding debts (which has been prescribed already) from credit providers for next to nothing.
Please stop harassing me and making un announced visits to my place of employment.
