I am lodging a complaint on Hellopeter seeing your company do not reply to emails or won't stop harassing us.
We keep receiving demand letters from you stating that we owe you roughly R10 000 due to an Edgars account for which was about 15 years ago.
As per the credit act these debts are prescribed after 3 years. We also have been Sequestrated in 1999 in which this debts was legally written off.
The debt is older than three years and as such, prescribed. Any further emails and phonecalls from your call center will be considered as harassment.
