For the past 2 months i have been struggling for auto and general to stop taking money out of my account without my permisson. still thery continue... i am not a customer of them anymore. for the past 40 days i am wih outsurance. i have cancelled my policy with outsurance long time ago.
they then deducted NEARLY R700-00 on the 15 of this month, and i complainded, then they refunded me R200-0 yesterday. for what?? i never ever want to be associated with that disshonest auto and general. they keep thieving my money. i have suffered immense with this, as it has affected my credit rating, as this is a business account. i have spent over R300-00 on airtime trying to call those at auto and general with no sucess... why don't auto and genreal stop taking my money??? i am not their customer... i will never ever be the customer again. i urge the public out there to consider changing their insurance before it;s to late. auto and general are not honest. they will take your money like they are doing to me, and will not refund for their mistakes. lucky in south africa we have other insurance companies to choose from. auto and general can go to helll...!!!
