I spoke to Azia regarding the premium of my policy with Miway. The was not affordable for me and i wanted to cancell the policy because I received an affordable qoute from another company. Azia was excellent with her assistance as she was very patient with me and suggested a number of options. She has excellent customer relations skills. Only because of her excellent customer care skills and the offer she gave to me, I ended up not cancelling my policy with Miway. Miway need to make sure that you retain people like Azia because they are very scare. She cares a lot about the company she works for and doesnt want the company to lose clients. this was going to be a blow for Myway because I have recommended more than 5 people that have joined Miway which I was going to confince them to go with me. Thank you very much Azia and I wish I can always be assisted by people like you. I am happy to remain a Miway client and I will assist in recruiting more clients for the company.
