I applied for a business acc through your online service, till today i have not received a phone call or any response from you people, i phoned the call centre but could not get through to general enquiries as i have to enter my id nr plus 4 digits from my card which I DONT HAVE... so how the do you expect me to do a general enquiry, i would like a response from you immediately as i will be cancelling everything, i dont appreciate the bad service
