No Autority to debit

I have made so many arrangements because I am not able to pay my card. I am unemployed and the only money I do get is from my partner for maintenance for my kids. that has to cover there school, rent and food. I also get 1200.00 UIF. This morning I received a sms that R1000.00 was transferred from my smart account to Discovery. I don't believe that you have any authority to debit. I need the money for my kids school. I received plenty phone calls and every time I explain the situation it was a case of Ms Gouws just let us know once you get a job. I do understand that you need some sort of payment but my kids come first and I need the money. My number is 0837816987
