One of liberty life's consultants phoned me to tell me about a competition they are having. I couldn't speak to them as I was still busy at work and then I told the consultant that I am not interested. She then just dropped the phone in my ear without saying anything else. I have a policy with them, but if this is the way they treat their customers I will rather just cancel the policy and go to their opposition. They are very rude and unprofessional.
