Ms Mokeona was helpful in trying to gain access fees from the party whose car caused the accident in which my car was also involved. she investigated the matter thoroughly after receiving the accident report and did all she could to ensure that the fees were paid. she informed me about the outcome of this telephonically on 15 October 2013. i am very happy with the manner in which my claim was handled.
