New cust but disgusted with the service received

My handset was delivered on the 8th Oct with no sim for a voice package because they. After giving them the opportunity to fix things, they stuff up even more. This Justin Nicolaai calls me and tries to retain me after I had requested for this deal to be cancelled. He promised to get back to me by end of business last Friday (11th Oct). Doesn't keep his promise and has the odasity to send me an email stating that he tried to get hold of me and there was answer and he is going to go ahead and order the voice sim. Who gave him the permission to do so because I didn't??? It's almost as if he thinks he is doing me a favour by ordering this sim. The other thing is that I got a call from someone else on Mon telling me that I'll be paying R519, when I signed up I agreed on R319. That is all I am prepared to pay and nothing else!!! Please call me seeing that you failed to do so again today or come collect your handset!!!
