So much for understanding

I lodged a claim and then decided to withdraw it after several enquiries. I was told I need to submit a letter with the reason. At first, I never understood why I needed to give a reason. I then sent the letter to [Email Removed] who is now insisting that I should claim. I advised her over and over again that I don't want to proceed with the claim of fixing the dents on my vehicle. Instead they now forcefully want to assess the car. So much for always getting something out. I REPEAT, I DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED WITH THE CLAIM, GET IT? I WITHDRAW THE CLAIM
