BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I SENT AN EMAIL ON THE 10/10/2013 TO CANCEL MY VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY BECAUSE OF PRICING AND BAD SERVICE. THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THANK YOU THE EMAIL A CONSULTANT WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN TWO DAYS, I AM STILL WAITING... SO I CONTACTED THEM THIS AFTERNOON 15/10/2013 AND CANCELLED MY POLICY. I WAS EXPECTING A REIMBURSEMENT DUE TO THE CANCELLATION I HAD REQUESTED ON THE 10TH OCTOBER 2013. THE AGENT SAID THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE BECAUSE i HAVE PAID FOR THE MONTH. SO AA MAKES MONEY... I AM SINCERELY GLAD TO SAY GOODBYE TO AA...
