Thank you to FNB who is listening

I've always been able to manage my finances. However, sicne the past 4 months - I've suddenly had enormous financial difficulties. I've written letters to FNB, asking them to simply allow me time to pay my debts. Instead, I received attorney letters etc etc. I was shocked. However. I called FNB, spoke to all relevant departments - and even though I did receive the legal letters (electronically) - I can just say thank you to FNB, who allowed me to make a payment arrangement. It felt like they didnt listen, didnt care - well - if you are in the same situation - just call them, and be honest. They will listen and try to assist you. So if commit to my arrangements made - everything will be fine. Try it. They are there to listen to you.
