Truworths
ARRANGEMENTS MADE STILL RECEIVEING ITC LETTERS

My truworths account is in arrears and I have made arrangements with VVM on 22nd October. I am still receiving letters in the post threatening to list me on ITC as a default. I would like someone from truworths to call me in connection with this because arrangements have been made, so why still send those letters. I want to be assured that my name will not be listed on the ITC with a default to my name.
