I have came accross a issue regarding my account. That Fnb has been debiting my account 2 days prior to the date I stipulated when my loan was taken out. I am now unable to even take a cell phone contract out as it is showing as there was unsuccessful debit orders on my account. I have left a message on FNB website an am still waiting a response. I have take the time to go into the branch today to sort out this issue as its a bad reflection on my name the lady told me that she is unable to help as they need a letter from my employer stating that we get paid the 25th. I just need help to this out and a letter stating to that this is mistake made by FNB.
