I had initially applied online on 10.10.13, however I have managed to secure a loan elsewhere. I therefore requested cancellation of my application as it is still within the 7 day cooling off period. I have since sent two emails to customer care to no avail. I have also tried calling the number listed on the website (unfortunately this number doesnot exist) This company seems to make all means for them to be untracable due to the fact of their 7 day cooling off period.
