Good Day
Apparently people who require loans have to start paying in money to get a loan. the above mentioned company has doen axactly that. They debited our account after we did not pay them the money they requested as we decided against the company's services.
we have requested them to refund the money after which they declined as they have a 7 day cooling off periodd, which a financial insitution should have a 30day cooling off period.
I am requesting that helopeter investigates this company as they have no ethical or morral backbones and shoudl be closed as they are based on a! We have noticed that there are more then one complaint against this company and it is mind boggling that this company is still open as us as the clients are not informed of their until we request a refund.
