NEW FNB WEBSITE IS A DISASTER

It took me 2 days to figure out how the new FNB online banking website works
And I didn't manage to set up my online payment limit to the amount I wanted
And I'm a proficient online shopper/surfer so I can't even imagine how anyone else is struggling

Maybe send out a online banking training manual with the new pricing list, FNB?
