Harrassed to pay credit card when I cannot and have made an effort to pay R500 per month which I cannot even afford to do as I have other bills to pay and limited income. They automatically removed my rent money (paid for as a repayable interest free loan by emergency community services) from my account leaving me with a massive problem where I could not pay my rent for weeks. They will not agree to not do this again either leaving me anxious. Interfere with my ability to earn a living by constantly harassing me with different people as well as automated systems.
