I registered a claim for my lost ipad2 through my insurance broker on Tuesday afternoon 15:34. On Wednesday morning, 08:33 Discovery Insure phoned me to process the claim. The lady was very polite, clear and to the point. At 08:46 she called me again to ensure that everything is sorted and the replacement will be sent to me (ETA 48 hours). Yesterday (Thursday before 10am) the Ipad was delivered at my office.
This is what I call flippen brilliant service! from the moment D-Insure called, until the replacement was delivered to just north of 24 hours. You cannot beat that!
