I was in an accident on Saturday, I phoned at 08:20 to report this accident at your claims department - I spoke to a gentleman (Ash - I think), he promised to get someone to look into my claim.By 11:00 no one had called...
So I called back at 11:03, spoke to the same gentleman who assured me that he had allocated someone to call me back. As I am logging this note, it is 11:35 meaning 30 minutes have passed.
One would expect that when you call, especially for an urgent matter such as an accident - it would be treated as urgent.
When I took the insurance over two years ago, it took less than 30 minutes to get me on your books - when you need to assist me it is taking 3 hours of waiting for one of your staff to attend to me!
