ABSA's Online Account Management is a nightmare

Number one, nobody can understand what the difference between available and available balance is. It is confusing and nobody can figure out what it means. In terms of the credit cards, the amounts are cleared within 24 hours. I received some confusing explanation that if a credit is new, this will happen. I have this credit card since the beginning of this year. How long must a customer have a credit card, before it is classified as old. Sometimes one's balance shows one amount and then suddenly another. This is a ridicules system and one cannot figure out what is happening to one's funds.
