Judegment raised against Mr Kader falsely

Good day,
You will find that I had previously brought to the attention of Absa the incorrect hsnding over of my credit card account to attornies as it was an insurance issue, whereby the card was to be paid off by absa life.
On a mail from Lindiwe Rantsane (Absa employee), it was confirmed that it was Absa's mistake which I accepted as a mistake and went on with my daily life. Only to now find out that they have passed judgement against me, this I will not accept as it is tarnishing my name. Absa needs to resolve IMMEDIATELY and I want written confirmation of this as well as a report or request sent to ITC to have my name cleared at the soonest.
I have a good mind of taking this further as I am now frustrated.
