I have lodge a claim on the 15th of December and send pics of the bump on my car, but nobody has contacted me since to what the step is going further. I think for such a loyal client with no claim history to date with Miway in almost 3 years the excess for a small bump on the left back fender are really ridiculous. R3500 excess are ridiculous for that bump on my car. WHY DO I PAY MONTHLY MY INSURANCE PREMIUM OF OVER R400??? I am really not happy with the NO SERVICE received from MiWay. Looking for a new insurance company that can provide in my needs...
