Capitec inaccessible beyond branch or call centre

Capitec have messed up one of the fixed deposits my aged mother-in-law has with them and are unwilling to rectify it. Eventually I managed to obtain the cell number for their regional manager, one Tina Bussel, whom I called on Wednesday 9/10/13. Her phone was answered by another lady who said Tina was busy with interviews. She took my name and cell number stating that Tina would call back. Yesterday (10/10) and again today I called Tina and had to leave voice messages for her to call me. she has yet to respond.
This is a big let-down from the bank to which I transferred all the family accounts to in October 2011 after 38 years with Nedbank. Until now I've been extremely happy with Capitec but having witnessed the branch manager having to direct queries to a call centre (!!!), who were patently unhelpful, and being myself unable to find any possible means of communicating with their Head Office management, I am now sorely aggrieved - and this is further exacerbated by the unresponsive Bussel whom I sincerely thought, being in her position, would be of assistance.
