BAD Service

I have had a policy for 9 years with Momtum life. I changed bank details and informed them.
They then did not do this, and never contacted me.
I called in and gave them my new numbers, they then sent a letter to my postal address.
I am out of SA hence only got letter after three months.
I paid the outstanding signed all documents and to date noone has called me.
My phoner is on roaming but no one calls.

LASTLY - it is impossible to contact a 0860 number from out of SA
