Good day,
My Dad recieved a letter from SANLAM - Channel Life Limited via the post office on 16 June.
This letter stated that he had to excercise an option regarding his life insurance before 15 June.
The letter did not have a date on it.
The contact numbers given on the letter were incorrect - 0860 001 019
When he called this number he was told to speak to Charlotte 011 359 7700
Who then referred him to Bridgett / Wilfred on 086 1044 359.
The cell phone signal on the farm is poor and he eventually gave up.

He often takes out mail and obviously this letter was sent VERY late
There is no indication of his policy number on the document either and it is virtually impossible to figure out who he should speak to and if he gets hold of someone they cannot assist him
This is not the type of service a company could be proud of.
Channel Life is not giving SANLAM a good name in how they are administering the fund.
