Delaing of surrender of policy

From the 8th of April I've been trying to surrender my policy. I've submitted the required documents however they had a issues with kyc. To my misfortune I am staying with family so I don't have my own utility bill, telkom bill, rates bill, lease and my salary advice does't stipulate my address I also don't earn enough for tax returns. So I used the option of obtaining a letter from the bank which I had to take time of work to obtain which took 2 hours to obtain. The reason for this is because the bank haven't heard of the letter before and found it odd as they do deal with momentum and clients surrendering polices. Never having the issue that I had anyway after spend 2 hours or more at the bank going from consultant to consultant to bank manager I finally manage to get a letter from the bank. In the process losing out of two hours or more of pay. I've submitted the letter where it stuplites that I'm fica complied with the bank. Now momentum is refusing to accept the letter for kyc purposes. In other words I have lost 2 hours pay for nothing since they are refusing to accept the letter.
