Taking R250 off as "bank charges"?!!!

I have a gold cheque account at FNB, and my monthly account fee is R100, my R100 went off on the same date as usual but I see as Im going through my statement that on Wed 4th Sep 2013 you have charged me an additional R250 for bank charges. The only extra bank charge I should have is when I withdrew R250 from the ATM which should cost R6 or R12. SO... What is the extra R250 for?!
