Our geyser broke on Wednesday and I called out household insurer, Outsurance, to resolve the issue. Regae Mogapi was the call centre agent who assisted me. She was extremely efficient and experienced. She called back when she promised to that afternoon, made sure the plumber was there in the time promised, and called me back after it was fixed to make sure I was happy with the service and the solution. I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Outsurance and most especially Regae's helpfulness and great service.
