I call at 08:24:49 on the 09 October 2013 with regards to a query of Mr/Mrs Ntshangase. I was trasnferred to Derick van Wyk as he was the one handling the issue of Ntshangase.
We have requested a legal advise as we are the client with Legal wise, but only to find out the person we reported is has the same representative as us... i told him that i think that will be a conflict of interest... Derick van Wyk responded that I am talking nonsense... yes i repeat "Nonsense"... he was yelling at me... i could not even finish my query... he even put down the phone while i was talkin to him...
Is this how legal wise represent their hopeless client... payin a subscription fee every month only to get this unacceptable behaviour!!!
