I had a problem with my geyser, it was not heating up the water. I called Outsurance for assistance and initially assisted by Thato but she was not much of a help. i called back again and spoke to Oupa and he was efficient and helpful. He continuously contacted me to check on the progress until my geyser was fixed. Thank you Oupa you made my festive. You are surely and asset to Outsurance.
