My dad stays 90km from a Sanlam Centre. He has an investment policy with Sanlam which he would like to encash. He recently had a stroke which incapacitated him. He went all the way to claim. Despite being incapacitated he had to go up and down to make copies and have them certitied at the police station. After all this rig meral "Mpho" can not tell him when to expect his payment. She further informed him that he is not entitled to any payment as far as she can tell but headoffice has a final say despite a fund value that was communicated in writing to him (Proof in hand). Is this how life is supposed to be? I had a similar incident with My brother inlaw Mr P. Ramasimong's policies and my Aunt Mrs M Sehau. I guess this is it.
