In November 2013, i replace my existing life cover with a more better benefit at an affordable premium. To my surprise the replaced policy was deducted as well as new policy was deducted on the same month of November 2013. My concern is that on the application form to replace my policy, was indicated am replacing existing policy with one with better benefit at affordable premium and termination letter was serve and confirmed by sanlam in writing.
People watch there, i am not sure it's a mistake or somebody within Sanlam was taking a ride on me putting such a respectable company into disrepute as i felt i was conned.
I so wish sanlam can rectify this before i loose my trust on this company for my investment and all policies i have with them
