Highly efficient service

Instalments had been incorrectly deducted from my a/c since 2010, for a value added policy, on a cancelled insurance policy.
It only took Roedashni a few moments to assess the situation, and instruct me what documents to send to her.
Upon sending the relevant doc's, it was a matter of just over an hour, and I had confirmation from Roedashni, that the refund was being processed, and should be in my account within approx 3 days.
Seldom does one see such efficient service, PARTICULARLY, when it involves a refund.
WELL DONE!
