Outsurance
Unreasonable & unjust treatment

I had a house break-in over 2 weeks ago and feel that the treatment I have experienced to date is completely unreasonable. I had to sit through a 4 and a half hour interrogation, where my motives for purchasing the items I owned came under question. I supplied various forms of proof for a majority of the missing items, from photos to invoices and the boxes some of the items came in. I was told that it was not enough and they wanted more proof... what more is expected of me, I even gave them the power cables, chargers and extras like manuals etc. that were left behind after the.
Two days back I went into the offices at ASIS and sat through another interrogation where I was forced to give personal details from my family's past. they then agreed that one of the contact persons would not be contacted for safety reasons. They then doubled back on the agreement and contacted the person.
So far I have found Outsurance to be unreasonable as they tent to pass the buck by saying that ASIS is contracted in and they can't assist. I don't pass the buck and blame the bank I use if there is a problem with my premium. They are certainly not bending backwards to assist me!
