Bending backwards - service backwards 90461832

For 2 months outsurance are passing the buck of empty promises, poor response from faith mabusela and her management team. It sounds like outsurance have not the power or financial meaning to settle this claim. How can we us customers support you with your negative attitude and negative support.
On 14 November 2011 you wrote to me (Claim 77007848 or maybe 77001848 ) -
Our service delivery let you down completely! Apart from the run around you were given, we failed to provide you with proper response to your very reasonable request.
Please accept our apologies for the disappointment which could have been prevented.
Our claims manager, Shelton, contacted you and confirmed that we will settle as per our rates based on the items quoted by your service provider.
