Miway deserves more complaints. This time their service has reached an all time low. Useless. Another insurer offers me a better price for car insurance, seeing as I have been with miway for over three years I thought I'd see if they were wiling to adjust my premium. When I phoned back for the 2nd time they had the same story - we will call you back... when now? So then I decided to cancel my policy and simply move to Outsurance, but they managed to stuff up that as well- never putting me through. I know miway doesn't care about customers but what angers me is that these clowns think clients are as stupid as them. Maybe you should wake up and realize that with bad service clients will leave. You are not willing to see if you can help me and then the knack of preventing me from cancelling. Boy, does miway know that there are other companies just like them? Nothing special about them, I don't need your whackjob service. WHAT'S EVEN WORSE IS THAT THEY TELL ME MY DETAILS (BANKING ETC) ARE STILL THE SAME - 4 MONTHS AFTER I HAVE CHANGED IT - AND THEN I HAD TO COMPLAIN ON THIS SITE AS WELL, TO GET THEM TO UPDATE IT AND THEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO IT.
