We are covered by Outsurance for our Building. We had so much damage to our property with the hail storm and heavy lightning in our Area Parkrand on the East Rand. I called Outsruance logged a claim the assesor came out very fast, but then the service stopped. i have sent several mails with complains that the contractors for the roof has not contacted us. the Eelctric fencing contractors took ages to came and fixed, by the time they came we had another strom. the electic fencing keep on tripping the power and electrifing us if we touch the garage door. nobody ever came back to fix. (then lightning struck our big tree and we had damge to the wall and fencing again) (this has been fiex today> But my room after I logged the second claim I spoke to the lady and told her about the first claim still not fiex. She said she will get the claim consultant Mbonggeni Nkumane to call me. the he called 2 days later and said he will get the contractots for the roof to call, . it took the 3 days to call this was 3 weeks ago and still my roof is not fixed every time it rain we have to cover the furniture and put our buckets all over the area and with time it is leaking more and more. Bad service!!
