UNHAPPY CUSTOMER REGRARDS TO HAIL DAMAGE

Absolutely unhappy with Outsurance...
We where badly struck by the hail damage last year October (Roof, Celings, Windows, Blinds). Today is the 15 February 2013 (4 months after the damage) and we are still waiting on repares on our house. We understood that many customers claimed on damage repairs and we waiting our time. It got prosponed every month even till today. Between the contruction company and outsurance we are totally confused. Because we are waiting and waiting every single day for both the companies to phone and the service is just not there.
A new problem accured since they have not fixed our roof. Where it is actually raining inside of my house, Tripping our power because it is raining on top of our stove. The more I explain it is because nothing has been fixed the more they tell me to waterproof the roof, THEN THEY TELL ME THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING UNLESS MY ROOF IS WATERPROOFED.After we got a report telephoniclly by constructio company. This is infact not the first time I have heard bad things about claims when it comes to outsurance..DEFINITLY NOT BENDING BACKWARDS.(FALSE ADVERTISMENT)..Still waiting for MANANGER to contact me or my husband for the last 4 days. TOTALLY UNHAPPY!
