I have tried a hundred times to register for online banking with FNB, first it saying I have already registered and if I've forgotten my userID and password to follow the prompts, so I do so and it says error every time, then tells me to call the call centre which I do, so on the phone it tells me to follow the prompts on the site which I have already done and is my reason for calling or they can put me threw to and agent at additional costs??? Why should I have to pay to get help with their site which is full of errors??? What a waste of time, patience, data, airtime and money... I would rather which back to my previous bank who were so much more helpful and had a site that actually worked.
