I bought a motorite motor plan from 60 000 km - 120 000 km. yesterday i took my car for service i was told they will not pay for the service because my service is due in 3100 and the mileage on the car is 120 560 .I took the car for service in 82178 and 103 000 . Why would they sell an extra 10 000 knowing that i will not use it. The pricing was priced till 120 000 km and my last service was at 103 000 Why would they price till 120 000 whereas they know i will not use the 10 000 they told me i am not yet due for service, the service will be due in 3100 and further more it has expired because my car is on 120 560. Why will they sell additional 10km whereas they kn ow they will not cover me. I feel the product was overpriced and also feel that they needed to cover for the last service
