I dropped my cell and cracked the screen, phoned the call center and made a claim late on Wednesday afternoon and Amy was assigned to my claim. Got a call from her early Thursday morning, the phone was collected in the afternoon and had my repaired phone back on Friday midday. Great turnaround time and Amy was a pleasure to deal with, thanks!
