I am beyond the point of patience and understanding. My work gives me a housing subsidy, thus payment goes directly to them straight from my salary. I phoned Standard bank to enquire if i was required to send them anything, they confirmed no, that my work would send them the details. Then obviously that was incorrect, they debited my account as well. Thus i sent all the paperwork, which includes a request for a refund. This was all confirmed as received on the 1st of October. I phoned Nompulelo (spelling?) on the 2nd of October at 08:19, she advised that the refund will be done latest Thursday afternoon. Friday I was extremely busy and did not check. Monday arrives and still no refund. I phone again, Sakane advises no refund has been authorized.By now, all my payments have bounced. I request for a team leader (Edwin) to please call me. He doesn't call. I phone again on Tuesday and speak to Amelia. No refund done, she advises i phone the complaints department and speak to Kelly. Kelly walks down to the service area as no one answers phones. Patrick-team leader supposed to phone me back. No call. Speak again to Mbali, she says refund will be done today. Honestly, what is happening?
